returns

data.reachable: True when a HEAD request got a 2xx or 3xx back.
data.format_valid: True when the URL has valid syntax.
data.status_code: HTTP status from the HEAD request.
data.ssl: True when the scheme is HTTPS.
data.response_time_ms: Time the HEAD request took, in milliseconds.
data.host: Hostname pulled from the URL, with scheme alongside.
